Can you inspect a car at a main dealer in Watford or Borehamwood while I am at work?
Yes. Most dealers are happy for an independent inspector to attend once the car is reserved or a viewing is booked. We arrange the time with the sales team, inspect without you and send the video, photos and report the same day, then call you to talk it through.
The car is an ex-hire or ex-fleet car. Is that a problem?
Not on its own. Fleet and hire cars are usually serviced on time and can be excellent value. We check that the service history matches the mileage, measure what the miles have worn in the brakes, tyres and suspension, and read how long since the fault memory was cleared, so you know what you are paying for.
Does a prestige dealer's approved-used check make yours unnecessary?
No. An approved-used check is the dealer's own process on its own stock. It does not take paint-depth readings for you, it does not tell you how long ago the fault memory was cleared, and the report is not yours. We work for you alone.
Do you cover the north of the county, Royston, Baldock and Letchworth, at the same price?

Do I need to be there?
